Rates for business support are billed per hour. After the first hour, time is billed in 30 minute intervals (rounded up to the nearest half hour). Time tracking software is used to ensure accurate billing in all tasks (except for Packages) A time report is sent with my invoice so you can see a full breakdown of hours. New clients are invoiced after two weeks, then monthly thereafter.
Courses are booked per delegate - see Training
Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for bigger tasks such as business consulting, Mailchimp newsletters and web design (see Packages). An initial quote is given based on the scope of the project but can be subject to revision if the perimeters of the project later change. These are paid in full in advance.
If you have a strict monthly budget or know how many hours of support you need each month then a retainer is the perfect choice. You don’t have to worry about spiralling costs and extra hours can be added and charged hourly. Note: unused hours cannot be rolled over and first month is paid upfront.
I work from my fully equipped home office so all my work is done remotely saving you office costs. However, I have Zoom which a very easy way to do a remote video call or I am always at the end of the phone. However I am mobile so should you wish to arrange a long term working collaboration or project do give me a call and we could possibly arrange to meet in person to discuss.
Ideally I like to work with people who know what they need but are time poor. I will supply a briefing document on which you can use to outline the task, setting out exactly what is needed with a deadline to work to. However should you have a particular business issue I would be delighted to try and suggest some solutions and we can discuss the best way to work together.
